About Bethany Davis

Nogojiwanong/Peterborough, Ontario.

In 2020, I graduated from the Ontario College of Art and Design University (OCAD U) with a degree in Drawing and Painting. Since then, my practice has focused on black line drawing created in both digital and traditional drawing mediums.

My drawing work moved into the tattoo industry under the mentorship of Tash Sinton. Through her gentle guidance, I learned how to transfer my drawing practice onto skin.

In June 2023, I opened Aching Hands Studio in Watson & Lou’s Gallery of Sorts, where I created a soft and slow tattoo experience where consent is at the forefront.

Transition to Travelling Tattoo Artist

I have transitioned into a travelling tattoo artist, bringing my artistry to diverse communities across Canada. Currently, I am based in Churchill Falls, Labrador. This journey allows me to connect with individuals from various backgrounds, enriching my craft and expanding my creative horizons.
